We are seeking a highly motivated MBA graduattes for a hands-on Human Resources position. This role offers extensive exposure to HR operations and strategic initiatives within our organization.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Support the HR team in daily operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Assist in analyzing HR metrics and preparing reports for management
- Participate in HR process improvement initiatives and project implementations
- Help develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Support the coordination of training and development programs
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
Required Qualifications
- Current enrollment in an MBA program with a focus on HR/Organizational Behavior preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
