Role Overview

We're seeking a high-performingHR Associatewith proven expertise inNon-IT recruitmentand a strong foundation incore HR practices.

This role combinesend-to-end hiring responsibilitieswith opportunities to drivepeople-centric initiativesacross the organization. You will partner closely with business leaders to identify and hire top talent while also supporting employee engagement, performance management, and cultural development initiatives that make Traya a great place to work.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies usingNaukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other innovative channels.
  • Manage thefull recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to coordination, offer rollout, and closure.
  • Build and maintain strongtalent pipelinesacross diverse business functions including HR, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Content, Brand, Product, Analysts, Performance Marketing, Logistics & Supply Chain, and New Product Development (NPD).
  • Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, design structured hiring processes, and ensure alignment on expectations.
  • Share recruitment dashboards, pipeline health updates, and hiring insights with stakeholders.
  • Deliver an exceptionalcandidate experienceand strengthen employer branding through every candidate interaction.

  • HR Business Partnering

    • Act as atrusted HR partnerfor employees and managers across functions.
    • Supportemployee engagement, performance management, and cultural initiatives in alignment with organizational goals.
    • Facilitateonboarding, orientation, and assimilationof new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
    • Assist in implementing HR policies, maintaining compliance, and driving consistency in HR operations.
    • Collaborate with the team onrecognition programs, feedback mechanisms, and employee well-being initiatives.
    • Gather and analyze employee feedback to identify trends and recommend actions that improve engagement and retention.
    • Support HR data management, reporting, and documentation.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
    • 24 years of full-cycle recruitment experiencewith a strong focus onNon-IT hiring(HR, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Content, Brand, Product, Analysts, etc.).
    • Exposure to or strong interest inHR Business Partnering, including engagement and performance management.
    • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in afast-paced, high-growth environment.
    • Proficiency withLinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, ATS platforms, and data tracking tools.
    • Combination ofexecution excellence, data orientation, and people intuition.
