Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Human Resources Associate with strong experience in Tech and IT recruitment. The role involves managing end-to-end hiring for technical roles while supporting HR operations and ensuring a seamless candidate experience aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Recruitment

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles such as Software Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Product Designers, and Support Engineers.
  • Source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions to evaluate technical and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate with technical panels and hiring managers for interviews and feedback.

2. Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring strategies.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and challenges.
  • Ensure alignment between candidate expectations and company offerings.

3. Candidate Experience & Offer Management

  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate journey from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Schedule interviews, follow-ups, and maintain communication with candidates.
  • Handle offer rollouts, negotiations, and pre-joining engagement.

4. HR Operations Support

  • Assist in onboarding formalities and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Support HR initiatives such as employee engagement and retention programs.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • PGDM / MBA in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
  • 1–4 years of experience in IT/Tech recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and skill sets (e.g., Java, Angular, APIs, Cloud, QA).
  • Experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple positions in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience hiring for IoT, SaaS, or product-based companies.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment metrics.
  • Understanding of HR best practices and compliance.
