ummary
PracticeSuite is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Associate to join our Human Resources team in Navi Mumbai. This position will support HR operations for employees working in US-based business functions and will operate during US business hours. The HR Associate will play a key role in employee onboarding, HR administration, employee documentation, HRIS management, employee engagement activities, compliance support, and day-to-day employee rel

ations.
The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and capable of handling confidential information while delivering excellent employee

support.
Key Respons

ibilities

- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and perso

nnel files.- Prepare employment-related documents including offer letters, employment verification letters, warning notices, and other HR corr

espondence.- Ensure employee documentation is complete and compliant with compan

y policies.- Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, transfers, status changes, and o

ffboarding.- Maintain accurate employee databases and

HR reports.- Coordinate new hire onboarding

activities.- Facilitate orientation sessions and ensure completion of onboarding re

quirements.- Partner with hiring managers and IT teams to ensure a smooth onboarding

experience.- Conduct new hire follow-ups and support employee integrati

on efforts.- Update employee information within

HR systems.- Generate and maintain HR reports related to attendance, headcount, attrition, onboarding, and other

HR metrics.- Assist with HR audits and data validation

exercises.- Support performance management and review cycle admi

nistration.- Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and

procedures.- Assist in resolving employee concerns and escalating matters as a

ppropriate.- Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and comp

any events.- Promote positive employee relations and workpla

ce culture.- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor r

egulations.- Support HR audits and documentati

on reviews.- Assist with policy communication and employee ackno

wledgments.- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee i

nformation.- Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate com

munication.- Assist recruiters and hiring managers throughout the recruitme

nt process.- Support offer management and pre-employment documentation

collection.- Track hiring activity and maintain recruitme

nt records.
Qu

alifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a

related field.- 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, HR Operations, HR Administration, or a

related role.- Experience supporting employee onboarding, HR documentation, and HR syst

ems preferred.- Experience working in a fast-paced technology or healthcare environm

ent is a plus.- Strong organizational and time mana

gement skills.- Excellent verbal and written communication skil

ls in English.- Strong attention to detail

and accuracy.- Ability to manage confidential information with pr

ofessionalism.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, a

nd PowerPoint.- Experience with HRIS platforms

is preferred.- Ability to multitask and manage competi

ng priorities.- Strong interpersonal and customer s

ervice skills.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a tea
