Human Resources develops and executes successful recruiting programs, learning and expertise-development initiatives, strategic staffing assignments, effective reporting and analytics, performance management processes, and work-life benefits and operations.

HR Associate - Benefits

What you'll do:

  • Execute day-to-day benefits administration tasks, including employee data changes, enrollments, eligibility updates, and life event processing, in accordance with established procedures
  • Support ongoing benefits operations by handling high-volume, transactional activities efficiently and accurately
  • Perform routine audits and reconciliations to ensure data integrity between Benefits systems, Payroll, and HR systems
  • Support efforts to standardize, streamline, and document global benefits processes
  • Assist with the transition of manual or repetitive tasks into automated or semi-automated workflows
  • Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, or recurring issues and escalate recommendations for improvement
  • Partner closely with the Payroll team to support benefits-related payroll inputs, deductions, and issue resolution
  • Coordinate with the India-based Benefits team member to ensure smooth handoffs and clear ownership of tasks
  • Respond to internal inquiries related to benefits operations, routing complex questions to senior team members as appropriate
  • Maintain process documentation, job aids, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Track and report on operational metrics such as turnaround times, error rates, and volume trends
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, compliance requirements, and data privacy standards

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR Operations, Benefits Administration, Payroll, or an HR shared services environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume of work
  • Comfort working with HRIS, payroll systems, and Excel or similar tools
  • Ability to follow standardized processes while identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Fluency in English
