Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Associate to support HR operations, recruitment, and employee life-cycle management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-technical roles.
- Drive bulk and lateral hiring through job portals, vendors, and internal references
- Screen candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for closures
- Handle offer roll-out, salary discussions, and candidate follow-ups
- Ensure smooth on-boarding, documentation, and joining formalities
- Maintain employee data, HR trackers, and recruitment dashboards
- Manage attendance, leave records, and support payroll inputs
- Act as the SPOC for employee queries, especially for field and blue-collar workforce
- Coordinate employee engagement and on-ground HR activities
- Support performance tracking and regular follow-ups with teams
- Maintain employee records and ensure documentation accuracy
- Generate HR letters (offer, confirmation, experience, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and support audits
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in HR (freshers with internships can apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
