Human Resources Assistant

This is a contract, remote role for a Human Resources Assistant. The Human Resources Assistant will support daily HR operations, including managing HR information systems, assisting with benefits administration, and supporting employee training and development initiatives. Additional tasks may involve document management, maintaining employee records, and providing administrative support to the HR team.

• Knowledge of Human Resources principles and practices, including HR Management and policy implementation
• Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and related software
• Familiarity with Benefits Administration processes and procedures
• Experience in organizing and supporting employee Training and professional development programs
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in a healthcare, technology, or digital services company is a plus
