We are looking for a passionate and driven HR Professional to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate should bring both recruitment expertise and solid HR operations knowledge, preferably from a performance marketing or digital-first company.
Key Responsbilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Build strong candidate pipelines through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
Employee Engagement & Relations
Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and support.
HR Operations & Core HR
Manage payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
Handle statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
Draft HR policies and ensure smooth implementation.
Maintain accurate HR databases, records, and documentation.
Employee Lifecycle Management
Oversee onboarding, induction, performance reviews, and exit formalities.
Support career development and training initiatives.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Recruitment & HR Operations (preferably in a performance marketing setup).
Strong knowledge of payroll, compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
