This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant located in Varanasi. The Human Resources Assistant will support daily HR operations, assist with maintaining the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), manage employee benefits administration, and support HR management activities. They will also assist in organizing and coordinating workplace training programs, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) fundamentals and experience in HR Management
• Proficiency in using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and managing employee records
• Skills in Benefits Administration and understanding of compensation packages
• Ability to assist and manage employee development through workplace training programs
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Attention to detail, confidentiality, and a proactive approach to tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in an HR support or administrative role is preferred
