Job Responsibilities:

  • Screen resumes from job portals and databases
  • Coordinate with candidates for interviews
  • Schedule interviews with clients and internal teams
  • Follow up with candidates regarding interview status
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker
  • Handle basic HR coordination and documentation
  • Understand job requirements shared by clients

Skills Required:

  • Good communication skills
