Role Description The Human Resources and Finance Administrator will manage day-to-day HR and finance operations to support the smooth functioning of the office. This full-time, on-site role is located in Guindy and involves handling employee onboarding and documentation, maintaining HR records, coordinating payroll inputs, and assisting with benefits and compliance processes. The Administrator will also support finance activities such as invoice processing, expense tracking, basic bookkeeping, and coordination with external accountants or auditors. Additional responsibilities include responding to employee queries, supporting recruitment logistics, preparing regular HR and finance reports, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Human Resources knowledge, including employee onboarding, record management, and HR policy administration.
  • Finance and accounting skills, such as basic bookkeeping, invoice processing, payroll coordination, and expense tracking.
  • Administrative and organizational abilities, including data management, documentation, scheduling, and attention to detail.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees, management, and external partners.
  • Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office or similar) and familiarity with HR or accounting software is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in a combined HR and finance support role or similar administrative position is beneficial.
  • Ability to work on-site in Guindy, manage multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations.
