Role Summary

The HR People Analytics professional will leverage data and analytics to generate actionable insights across the employee lifecycle. This role partners closely with HR Business Partners, COEs, and leadership to drive evidence-based workforce decisions related to hiring, engagement, performance, retention and HR process automation.

Key Responsibilities

People Analytics & Insights

  • Design, develop, and maintain HR dashboards and reports covering:
  • Workforce demographics
  • Attrition & retention
  • Hiring & time-to-fill
  • Performance & productivity
  • Engagement & employee experience
  • Translate complex HR data into clear insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Conduct predictive and diagnostic analyses (e.g., attrition risk, flight risk modeling).

Data Management & Governance

  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across HR systems (HRIS, ATS, LMS, PMS).
  • Define and document HR data definitions, metrics, and reporting standards.
  • Partner with IT/Data teams on data integration, automation, and system enhancements.

Business Partnering

  • Collaborate with HRBPs and COEs (Talent, L&D, Rewards, HR Transformation) to support strategic initiatives.
  • Provide ad-hoc analytics and deep dives for leadership and HR stakeholders.
  • Support workforce planning and organizational design initiatives using data-driven insights.

Advanced Analytics & Tools

  • Use statistical and analytical techniques (regression, trend analysis, segmentation).
  • Build visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
  • Leverage SQL, Python, or R (preferred) for deeper data analysis and automation.

Change & Capability Building

  • Educate HR teams on data literacy and analytics-driven decision-making.
  • Drive adoption of analytics outputs by storytelling with data.
  • Continuously improve analytics maturity within HR.

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Psychology, HR, Business, or related field
  • Master's degree (MBA / MS / M.Sc.) preferred

Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in HR Analytics / People Analytics
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and metrics
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • HRIS (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, SAP, Darwinbox, etc.)
  • BI tools (Power BI / Tableau)
  • Advanced Excel
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with predictive analytics and statistical modeling
  • Knowledge of DEI, engagement surveys, and performance analytics
  • Exposure to automation tools, AI/ML use cases in HR analytics
  • Experience working in large, multi-geography organizations
