Job Description - TA Analytics
What You'll Do
- Own TA reporting and dashboards across the recruitment lifecycle.
- Understand Darwinbox system and support with recruitment module for internal team
- Track and analyze key TA metrics
- Provide different cuts of data by role, business, location, level, and source.
- Identify trends, bottlenecks, risks, and share actionable insights.
- Support TA leadership with deep-dive analysis for critical and leadership hiring.
- Ensure data accuracy and hygiene across ATS and reports.
What We're Looking For
- 26 years of experience in TA reporting / recruitment analytics / people analytics.
- Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition metrics and hiring workflows.
- Advanced skills in Excel / Google Sheets (pivots, formulas, dashboards).
- Hands-on experience working with ATS data.
- Ability to go beyond reporting and deliver clear insights and recommendations.
- Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving mindset.
Good to Have
- Experience with Power BI
- Exposure to high-volume or multi-geography hiring.
- Understanding of quality of hire metrics.
