Cross-Functional & Business Partnering

  • Work closely with HR Business Partners, COEs, and business leaders to drive adoption and execution of people initiatives and embed analytics into routine HR and business reviews.
  • Lead cross-functional HR projects including large-scale hiring programs, restructuring, change management, and digital HR transformation.
  • Act as a connector between corporate HR and business HR teams, ensuring data consistency and reporting discipline across units.

Executive & Stakeholder Management

  • Support the CHRO in leadership meetings, board presentations, and investor discussions related to people strategy with analytically robust, board-ready people dashboards.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, briefing notes, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Represent the CHRO in internal forums and reviews as required.

Change Management & Transformation

  • Support enterprise-wide change initiatives related to culture, organization design, leadership development, and future-of-work programs.
  • Ensure structured communication, stakeholder alignment, and execution discipline during change initiatives, supported by measurable change and adoption metrics.

Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA in HR or equivalent postgraduate qualification from a reputed institution.
  • 10 to 15 years of experience in HR, HR strategy, CHRO's office, consulting, or people transformation roles, with exposure to HR analytics or workforce planning.
  • Experience in large, distributed, people-intensive organizations (staffing, services, facilities management, BPO, etc.) strongly preferred.
  • Exposure to listed companies, governance, and compliance environments is an advantage.
