We're Hiring: HR Analytics Specialist at Kotak Neo

We are looking for a passionate and data-driven HR Analytics professional to join our team.

This role will be responsible for driving the analytics agenda across HR, providing actionable insights to support talent, performance, workforce planning, and business decision-making. The incumbent will work closely with leadership and manage end-to-end HR analytics.

Years of Experience - 3 to 5 Years

Location- Mumbai

What we're looking for:

• Strong experience in HR Analytics and Workforce Insights
• Hands-on expertise in Power BI (or similar visualization tools)
• Working knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation
• Experience in creating dashboards, reports, and predictive insights
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate data into meaningful business recommendations

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain HR dashboards and MIS reports
• Analyze workforce, talent, and performance data
• Generate actionable insights for HR and business leaders
• Automate reporting processes and improve data visualization
• Support strategic decision-making through data-driven recommendations
