Key Requirements

• Experience in HR MIS, Workforce Management, Reporting, or HR Analytics
• Advanced Excel skills (Mandatory)
• Pivot Tables
• VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
• Index-Match
• Dashboards
• Data Validation
• Power Query (preferred)
• Experience with MIS reporting and data management
• Exposure to HR metrics and reporting
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
