Role Overview
We are an ambitious startup building a secure, anonymous Executive Intelligence Platform. We are looking for a proactive and resourceful candidate with high level of ownership. The candidate shall have strong theoretic and functional understanding of Human resources function.
The Analyst will play a key role in driving engagement on the platform by generating relevant content, create surveys pipeline, rollout surveys on the platform on various current and functionally relevant subjects, and producing reports based on insights gathered from the HR community.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and publish engaging posts on HR topics, workplace practices, and current affairs relevant to HR professionals.
- Encourage discussions and participation among members on the platform.
- Design surveys and polls on key HR topics such as workplace policies, hiring trends, remote work practices, compensation trends, labour laws and industry developments etc.
- Identify trending HR topics and create relevant surveys to gather insights from members.
- Analyze survey results and community responses to identify patterns and insights.
- Prepare detailed analytical reports based on survey outcomes and community feedback.
- Develop insight-based reports and summaries that can be shared with the community and external stakeholders.
- Highlight emerging trends in HR practices across regions.
- Work closely with the community team and leadership to identify key discussion themes and engagement opportunities.
- Provide regular reports and insights to help improve the platform's value to members.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in HR research, HR consulting, HR analytics, or HR operations.
- Strong understanding of HR concepts, workplace policies, and talent management practices.
- Ability to design surveys, analyze responses, and prepare insight-driven reports.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Education:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
