Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Handle scheduling, calendars, and coordination between departments and clients.
  • Support recruitment by posting job openings, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Manage onboarding documentation and joining formalities for new hires and freelancers.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave records, and other HR documentation.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and support internal HR initiatives.
  • Maintain organised records of invoices, agreements, and internal documents.
  • Manage office supply procurement and vendor coordination.
  • Support the leadership team with reports, correspondence, and operational follow-ups.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee, business, and client information.
  • Identify process gaps and propose improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Skills

  • 0-2 years of experience in Administration, HR, or Operations.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and MS Office.
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication in English and Hindi.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Experience with scheduling, documentation, recruitment coordination, and vendor management.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes, employee documentation, attendance, and leave management.
  • Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities across departments.

Work Details

Location: Pratap Nagar, Nagpur

Salary range: 12k-15k

Work Timing: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Work Offs: 1st & 3rd Saturday + Every Sunday

Employment Type: Full-Time (On-Site)
