Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Administrator, based in Ahmedabad. The HR Administrator will handle a variety of daily tasks including managing HR functions, overseeing benefits administration, maintaining HRIS, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Responsibilities include supporting recruitment efforts, onboarding new employees, coordinating employee benefits, maintaining personnel records, and handling employee relations to foster a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Experience with Benefits Administration and HR Management to ensure effective support for employees and teams.
- Proficiency in using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) for managing employee records and streamlining HR processes.
- Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law to ensure compliance with all regulations and practices.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently in an on-site work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
