Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based inNew Delhi. The Admin Assistant & HR will work closely with senior leadership, providing day-to-day executive support while also managing office administration and people-related processes. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced environment.
Admin Assistant & HR
- Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior leadership
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, notes, and follow-ups
- Act as a point of coordination between leadership and internal/external stakeholders
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and vendor coordination
- Manage office supplies, assets, and facilities requirements
- Coordinate onboarding logistics for new team members
- Maintain records, documentation, and internal databases
- Support recruitment processes, including interview coordination and candidate communication
- Manage employee records, attendance, and leave tracking
- Assist with payroll coordination, documentation, and compliance support
- Support performance review cycles and employee engagement initiatives
- Act as a first point of contact for basic HR queries and employee coordination
Qualifications & Skill
- 45 years of experience in an EA, Admin, or HR coordination role (agency or startup experience preferred)
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace tools
- Basic understanding of HR processes and employment documentation
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work independently
