Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based inNew Delhi. The Admin Assistant & HR will work closely with senior leadership, providing day-to-day executive support while also managing office administration and people-related processes. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced environment.

Admin Assistant & HR

  • Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior leadership
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, notes, and follow-ups
  • Act as a point of coordination between leadership and internal/external stakeholders
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and vendor coordination
  • Manage office supplies, assets, and facilities requirements
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics for new team members
  • Maintain records, documentation, and internal databases
  • Support recruitment processes, including interview coordination and candidate communication
  • Manage employee records, attendance, and leave tracking
  • Assist with payroll coordination, documentation, and compliance support
  • Support performance review cycles and employee engagement initiatives
  • Act as a first point of contact for basic HR queries and employee coordination

Qualifications & Skill

  • 45 years of experience in an EA, Admin, or HR coordination role (agency or startup experience preferred)
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace tools
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and employment documentation
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work independently
