Salary: 2.7 LPA to 3.5 LPA + Performance-Based Incentives

Role Overview

PS Collaborations is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage recruitment activities and support the organization in identifying and hiring the right talent.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end recruitment activities.

* Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels.

* Screen resumes and conduct initial screening calls.

* Shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

* Schedule and coordinate interviews.

* Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

* Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

* Coordinate joining and onboarding activities.

* Prepare recruitment reports and achieve assigned targets.

Candidate Requirements

* MBA in HR / Human Resources is mandatory.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.

* Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and job portals.

* Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

* Self-motivated and target-oriented.
