Job Description

What you'll do

  • Oversee and manage the full recruitment and onboarding lifecycle to attract and retain top talent.
  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and company objectives.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, conducting investigations, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness, fairness, and compliance.
  • Implement and manage performance management systems, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback processes.
  • Identify training and development needs, coordinating and delivering programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and manage HR information systems (HRIS) for efficient data management and reporting.

What you'll need

  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in Human Resources management, preferably within a technology or global company setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compensation & benefits.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and HR analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve complex employee issues.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Nice to have

  • Experience with HRIS implementation and optimization (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors)
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification
  • Experience working in a global technology company or fast-paced environment
  • Strong project management skills for HR initiatives
  • Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting tools
  • Knowledge of international labor laws and regulations
