Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Kolkata for an HR Manager. The HR Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the overall human resources function, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, policy development, and compliance. The role involves developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies. The HR Manager will work closely with leadership to drive employee performance, retention, and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives.

Oversee performance management systems and employee appraisals.

Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational development initiatives.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and HR documentation processes.

Provide strategic HR insights to leadership for workforce planning and growth.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Human Resources management or a similar leadership role.

Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, HR operations, and employment laws.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

Proficiency in HR software/tools and MS Office Suite.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
