Job Description

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement IR strategies aligned with corporate and plant objectives.
  • Manage employee relations, labor welfare, and dispute resolution to maintain harmonious workplace relations.
  • Conduct negotiations with trade unions and ensure compliance with legal and company policies.
  • Lead wage agreement processes and handle industrial disputes effectively.
  • Draft and manage disciplinary actions, ensuring proper domestic enquiry processes.
  • Support workforce planning and optimal utilization of human resources.
  • Facilitate communication between management and workforce to improve engagement and productivity.
  • Monitor labor laws and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
