Role Overview:

As a Human Resource Manager, you will be a key driver of our people strategy. You will oversee recruitment, training, employee engagement, and performance management — playing a vital role in shaping the culture and supporting our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs and initiatives.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance redressal.
  • Oversee performance management, learning, and development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to multitask and effectively manage multiple HR functions.
  • Prior experience in a tech/start-up or high-growth environment is a plus.
