About The Role
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Mumbai. The HR Manager will oversee essential HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. They are responsible for developing HR policies, ensuring compliance with employment laws, managing employee benefits, and fostering a positive work culture. The role involves working closely with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and handling employee grievances with professionalism.

- Strong expertise in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning

- Well-versed in HR Policies, Compliance, and Employment Law
- Skills in Organizational Development, Employee Engagement, and Performance Management
- Strong Communication, Problem-Solving, and Negotiation Skills
- Proficiency in HR Software and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus
- Experience in a similar role within the technology or energy sector is advantageous
