About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and ownership-driven Human Resource Manager to build and streamline our people function as we scale.
In this role, you will work closely with the founders and leadership team to drive hiring, strengthen HR operations, and bring structure to internal processes. You will play a key role in shaping the employee experience from attracting the right talent to building a performance-driven and engaging work culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition (Core Ownership)
- Own end-to-end hiring for tech and non-tech roles
- Build hiring pipelines, improve JD quality, and reduce TAT
- Partner with founders/teams to close roles efficiently
- HR Operations & Systems
- Manage onboarding, employee lifecycle, and documentation
- Oversee attendance, leave tracking, and HRMS
- Bring structure to HR processes and improve efficiency
- HR Setup & Process Building
- Drive (not just support) creation of: HR policies, SOPs and basic performance management systems
- Standardize hiring, onboarding, and evaluation processes
- Employee Engagement & Culture
- Lead engagement initiatives and feedback cycles
- Act as a first point of escalation for employee concerns
- Build a strong, performance-driven culture
- Compliance & Governance
- Ensure adherence to basic labor law requirements
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Coordinate with external consultants if required
Requirements
- 3+ years of HR experience (startup/agency/IT preferred)
- Strong hands-on experience in recruitment + HR operations
- Exposure to setting up or improving HR systems/processes
- Good understanding of labor laws and HR compliance
- Ability to work independently and take ownership

- Experience in scaling teams (20 50+)
- Exposure to digital marketing / startup ecosystem
