This role provides an exciting opportunity to join the Atlas Copco Group- Brand Studio as HR Manager, based in Pune, India.

Brand Studio is the global communication competence centre for the Atlas Copco Group, comprising a team of passionate professionals, including strategists, designers, visualizers, copywriters, art directors, motion graphic creators, presentation designers, 3D designers, and social media experts.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic HR Manager to oversee all human resources operations and ensure they're aligned with our business goals.

The HR Manager will be responsible for performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws and company policies.

This role will play a crucial part in shaping the organization's culture, driving employee engagement, and fostering a productive and positive work environment.

About the role:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Collaborate with senior management to forecast staffing needs and create workforce plans.
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategy and procedures across the organization.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and training programs to foster a positive onboarding experience.
• Foster a positive work environment by developing, implementing, and maintaining employee relations programs that encourage communication, trust, and conflict resolution.
• Manage performance appraisal systems to drive high performance.
• Work with managers to identify employee performance issues and develop improvement plans.
• Set performance metrics and KPIs and ensure they are communicated effectively throughout the organization.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations, including labour standards, occupational health, and safety requirements.
