Roles And Responsibilities

  • Teaching and Curriculum Development
    • Deliver high-quality lectures in HRM subjects such as Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Talent Management, Performance Management, Industrial Relations, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Analytics.
    • Design and update curriculum aligned with industry practices and academic standards.
    • Use case studies, role plays, simulations, and experiential learning methodologies.
    • Conduct workshops, seminars, and skill-based learning sessions.
  • Research and Publications
    • Conduct research in HRM, Organizational Behavior, Leadership, Employee Engagement, HR Analytics, or related areas.
    • Publish research papers in reputed national and international journals.
    • Present research at academic conferences, seminars, and faculty development programs.
  • Student Mentorship and Academic Guidance
    • Mentor students in academic and career development.
    • Guide dissertations, research projects, internships, and HR live projects.
    • Support students in developing leadership, interpersonal, and managerial skills.
  • Industry Interaction
    • Build collaborations with corporate HR professionals and organizations.
    • Organize guest lectures, HR conclaves, workshops, and industry interaction sessions.
    • Facilitate internships and industry exposure opportunities for students.
  • Institutional and Administrative Responsibilities
    • Participate in curriculum planning, accreditation processes (NAAC/NBA), and academic committees.
    • Contribute to institutional development initiatives and academic administration.
    • Support institutional events, seminars, and student engagement activities.
Qualifications

    • Ph.D. in Human Resource Management / Management or related discipline (as per UGC/AICTE norms).
    • MBA/PGDM with specialization in HRM from a recognized institution.
