- Design and update curriculum aligned with industry practices and academic standards.
- Use case studies, role plays, simulations, and experiential learning methodologies.
- Conduct workshops, seminars, and skill-based learning sessions.
- Research and Publications
- Conduct research in HRM, Organizational Behavior, Leadership, Employee Engagement, HR Analytics, or related areas.
- Publish research papers in reputed national and international journals.
- Present research at academic conferences, seminars, and faculty development programs.
- Student Mentorship and Academic Guidance
- Mentor students in academic and career development.
- Guide dissertations, research projects, internships, and HR live projects.
- Support students in developing leadership, interpersonal, and managerial skills.
- Industry Interaction
- Build collaborations with corporate HR professionals and organizations.
- Organize guest lectures, HR conclaves, workshops, and industry interaction sessions.
- Facilitate internships and industry exposure opportunities for students.
- Institutional and Administrative Responsibilities
- Participate in curriculum planning, accreditation processes (NAAC/NBA), and academic committees.
- Contribute to institutional development initiatives and academic administration.
- Support institutional events, seminars, and student engagement activities.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Human Resource Management / Management or related discipline (as per UGC/AICTE norms).
- MBA/PGDM with specialization in HRM from a recognized institution.
