Human Resource Internship

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented HR Interns to join our team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, coordination, and employee engagement.

Duration: 3 Months

Working: 4-5 Hours per day

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
• Conduct and coordinate interviews and orientations for candidates.
• Support onboarding activities and maintain member documentation.
• Manage intern/employee databases and update records regularly.
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and assist in team management tasks.
• Coordinate team meetings and maintain minutes of meetings.
• Prepare monthly team reports and performance summaries.
• Support employee engagement activities and internal communication.
• Handle inquiries from applicants and team members professionally.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth HR operations.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of HR concepts (recruitment, onboarding, documentation, team management).
• Time management and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with MS Excel.
• Responsibility, professionalism and a willingness to learn.
