Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Human Resource Intern at ScaleUp Marketing Solutions. The intern will be responsible for assisting in hiring new candidates, HR management, developing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) Management and Personnel Management skills
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies
• Knowledge of employee benefits administration
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
