Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resource Intern role based in Surat. The intern will support day-to-day HR operations, including assisting with recruitment activities, scheduling interviews, maintaining employee records, and helping onboard new team members. Responsibilities include supporting the implementation of HR policies, coordinating basic employee engagement initiatives, and assisting with documentation related to attendance, leave, and benefits. The intern will also help respond to routine employee queries, prepare HR reports as needed, and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth HR processes within the organization.
Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
  • Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Personnel Management and basic employee relations.
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and documentation skills.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools; prior internship or project experience in HR is an advantage.
