Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resource Intern role based in Surat. The intern will assist with day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment activities, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding processes. Responsibilities include helping implement HR policies, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and assisting with attendance, leave, and basic payroll-related documentation. The role also involves responding to routine employee queries, helping organize training sessions or meetings, and preparing HR reports or presentations as needed. The intern will work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth personnel management and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) concepts and practices.
- Understanding of HR Management and HR Policies, including basic compliance and workplace guidelines.
- Familiarity with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management, or a willingness to learn these areas quickly.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks responsibly.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for documentation and reporting.
- Interest in the media and entertainment industry and readiness to work on-site in a dynamic environment.
