Role:
We're looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
Post job openings on various platforms and manage candidate pipelines
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Help organize virtual engagement activities and HR initiatives
Assist in drafting HR documents, policies, and emails
Coordinate with different teams for hiring requirements and follow-ups
Provide administrative support to the HR department
Requirements:
Basic understanding of HR concepts and recruitment processes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with MS Office / Google Workspace tools
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
Good organizational and time-management skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Pursuing/completed degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
