We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Human Resources team as an
HR Intern. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in
people management skills and embody our core values of

Key Responsibilities:
- Be the HR team's right hand and left brain by Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department
- Keep track of who's who and who's new in the company.
- Weed out the bad apples from the bunch of resumes and applications
- Arrange and confirm dates with the candidates for interviews.
- Help, plan and host fun and engaging events for the employees
- Generating and managing reports
- Support the HR Department in their various projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.)
- Assist in rolling out the services, policies, and programs that the HR staff come up with
Shift Timings:
- Afternoon Shift 11:00 Am to 08:00 PM IST (Non-Negotiable)
Stipend:
INR 15,000
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in BBA/MBA Program
- Knowledge of the IT Industry is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
