Human Resource Intern

We are looking to hire Human Resource Interns for our organization at KVC Consultants Ltd. This is a 2-month internship opportunity for female freshers who are eager to gain hands-on experience in recruitment. Interns will be responsible for sourcing profiles, managing daily trackers, and actively participating in the recruitment process.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Source profiles from various job portals as per requirements.
• Maintain and share a daily tracker of sourced profiles with the lead.
• Make calls to candidates based on provided data and share leads with the team.
• Perform tasks and responsibilities typically associated with a recruiter role.
• Collaborate with the HR team to support various recruitment initiatives.
• Adhere to the designated work schedule of 5 days a week, from 11 AM to 5 PM.

Skills Requirement:

• Ability to effectively source candidates from online job portals.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain daily trackers.
• Good communication skills for calling candidates and sharing leads.
• Eagerness to learn and perform recruitment tasks.
• Basic understanding of HR functions is a plus.
• Must possess a personal laptop and reliable Wi-Fi connectivity.

QUALIFICATION:

• Female Freshers only.
• Must be available for a 2-month internship duration.

• Certificate of Completion will be provided upon successful completion of the internship.
