We're looking for an energetic and organized Human Resource Intern to support our fast-paced People & Culture team. If you've had prior HR experience and are looking to deepen your exposure in recruitment and day-to-day HR ops, this is your chance to work hands-on and make an impact.
What You'll Do
- Shortlist resumes based on role requirements
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Collect feedback and maintain structured interview records
- Assist in releasing offer letters and managing candidate communication
- Support end-to-end hiring processes
- Assist in maintaining job descriptions, postings, and hiring dashboards
- Support with day-to-day administrative tasks related to HR operations
- Help with general admin and coordination tasks within the HR team
What We're Looking For
- This is an in-office paid internship for 6 months
- Previous internship or work experience in HR/recruitment is mandatory
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills
- Ability to multitask and manage tight timelines
- Comfortable with job portals, emails, and fast turnarounds
The FRND team operates six days a week, with every 1st and 3rd Saturday working
