Job Description

We’re looking for an energetic and organized Human Resource Intern to support our fast-paced People & Culture team. If you’ve had prior HR experience and are looking to deepen your exposure in recruitment and day-to-day HR ops, this is your chance to work hands-on and make an impact.


What You’ll Do

  • Shortlist resumes based on role requirements
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Collect feedback and maintain structured interview records
  • Assist in releasing offer letters and managing candidate communication
  • Support end-to-end hiring processes
  • Assist in maintaining job descriptions, postings, and hiring dashboards
  • Support with day-to-day administrative tasks related to HR operations
  • Help with general admin and coordination tasks within the HR team


What We’re Looking For

  • This is an in-office paid internship for 6 months
  • Previous internship or work experience in HR/recruitment is mandatory
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage tight timelines
  • Comfortable with job portals, emails, and fast turnarounds


The FRND team operates six days a week, with every 1st and 3rd Saturday working
