Job Description
This is a remote internship role for a HR Intern at Career Helps. The HR Intern will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as:
- Posting job openings, screening candidates, and helping new employees settle in.
- Processing salaries, tracking attendance, and maintaining employee data
- Handling complaints, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive work environment.
- Organizing staff training and monitoring employee performance.
- Ensuring labor law compliance, managing policies, and handling resignations or terminations.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Team cooperation and management skills
- Basic knowledge of Human resources
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Experience in HR training or HR management (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Currently enrolled in college or a recent college graduate
Duration and Compensation
Duration: 3 Months
Location: Remote
Stipend: Performance-based, up to 15,000 per month + Rewards
