Human Resource Information System Manager

Role: Manager - HR Information Systems & Operations

Location: Bengaluru East, Karnataka (Hybrid)

Job Summary:-

Responsible for leading HR Information Systems and HR Operations strategy, service delivery, and continuous improvement to support efficient, compliant, and scalable HR processes.

Manages HRIS projects, system configuration and integrations, data governance, security administration, and operational processes across the employee lifecycle.

Partners with HR, IT, Finance, Payroll, external vendors, and other stakeholders to assess business needs, implement system and process enhancements, mitigate risks, and ensure high-quality execution.

Leads the HR Operations team and drives audit readiness, compliance, stakeholder communication, and adoption of best practices across HR systems and operations.

Education :

• Required education: Bachelor's degree in related field plus experience in HRIS and HR operations
• Preferred education: Master's degree in HR, systems management or operations

Required experience:

• 10+ years related HRIS experience with emphasis in HR systems management, enhancement and support, report writing, and cloud-based technology, data management and analysis, testing and problem solving.

Preferred experience:

• Experience with complex project management, including stakeholder management and cross functional collaboration. Darwinbox or Workday experience as preferred
• Knowledge of HR topics, such as labor law, employee relations, benefits, staffing, compensation, legal/compliance and wage and hour
• Good knowledge of HR systems with experience in working on multiple HRIS.
• Ability to lead HR wide and cross functional projects, using core project management principles and tools.
• Ability to identify and articulate downstream and upstream impact of decisions.
• Leverage business knowledge to inform decisions, identify impact and recommend solutions. Has a continuous improvement mindset.
• Uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
• Good people management capability to drive efficient delivery.
