We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented HR Support Operations Executive to handle HR operations and compliance matters. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of MOM regulations, CPF/IRAS submissions, with hands-on experience in work pass management

HR Operations & Complian
- ce:Manage all MOM-related activities including EP, S Pass, and Work Permit applications, renewals, cancellations, and quota manageme
- nt.Ensure compliance with MOM employment mandates, including TAFEP and TADM guidelin
- es.Maintain accurate employee records in accordance with Singapore employment la
- ws.Liaise with MOM, CPF Board, IRAS, and other government agencies as requir
- ed.Stay updated with HR regulations and ensure the organization remains compliant with statutory requiremen
ts.
Payroll & Vendor Managem
- ent:Prepare and validate monthly payroll inputs and coordinate with external payroll vendors for accurate and timely salary process
- ing.Handle statutory contributions such as CPF, SDL, SHG funds, and IRAS submissions (IR8A, A
- IS).Reconcile payroll discrepancies and ensure accuracy in employee d
- ata.Manage HR-related vendor relationships (e.g., recruitment agencies, manpower supplie
rs).
