Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assisting in planning and executing innovative employee engagement initiatives, including themed events, workshops, and team-building activities
- Supporting recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews and conducting initial candidate screenings with a focus on enhancing the candidate experience
- Coordinating creative onboarding experiences to ensure a smooth and engaging transition for new hires
- Maintaining and updating HR databases and personnel records with precision and confidentiality
- Creating and publishing compelling job posts across social media and job platforms to attract diverse talent
- Collaborating on unique internal campaigns that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- Drafting HR communications, event materials, and policy documents with a fresh, employee-centric approach
- Researching and presenting new ideas and global trends in employee engagement, rewards, and recognition
- Playing an active role in organizing and managing high-energy company events, festivals, and CSR activities
- Providing administrative and creative support to the HR team in day-to-day operations and special projects
