Primary Job Title: HR Executive (Entry-Level)
Role & Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities: source candidates, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate follow-ups.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System to ensure accurate pipelines, status updates, and candidate records.
- Coordinate new-hire onboarding: collect documentation, schedule inductions, and facilitate smooth joining formalities.
- Assist payroll and attendance processes by preparing inputs, validating data, and liaising with payroll vendors or platforms.
- Administer HRIS records and employee files; generate routine HR reports and assist with data reconciliation.
- Handle basic employee queries, leave management, and support HR policy communication across remote teams.
