What You'll Actually Do:

Recruitment – End to End

• Own hiring from screening to offer letter.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand team requirements.
• Source candidates through social and professional platforms.
• Schedule and manage interviews, assessments, and in-person rounds.
• Conduct background verification checks.
• Contribute ideas for employer branding initiatives.

Bonus Points If You:

• Have onboarding experience.
• Understand the offboarding process.
• Have worked on HRMS platforms such as KEKA.
