Human Resource - Fresher

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Human Resource Fresher to join our HR team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about people management, eager to learn, and ready to start a career in HR. As a fresher, you will gain hands-on exposure to multiple HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
• Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
• Help maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Coordinate training programs, employee engagement activities, and events.
• Assist in drafting HR policies, documentation, and communication.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team.
• Learn and apply HR best practices while contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Eagerness to learn and build a career in HR.

Good to Have

• Internship experience in HR or related field.
• Familiarity with HR software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), or HRMS tools.
