Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR professional who can manage employee training, support HR operations, and handle end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving employee performance through structured training programs while ensuring smooth HR processes and timely hiring across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Learning & Development
  • Conduct induction and onboarding sessions for new employees.
  • Plan, schedule, and deliver training programs for freshers and existing employees.
  • Develop training modules, presentations, SOPs, and learning materials.
  • Assess employee learning through quizzes, assignments, mock calls, and practical evaluations.
  • Identify skill gaps and recommend improvement plans.
  • Coordinate with department managers to understand training requirements.
  • Maintain training calendars, attendance records, and performance reports.
  • Track employee progress during training and probation.

2. Talent Acquisition

  • Understand hiring requirements from department heads.
  • Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Coordinate offer roll-out, salary discussions, and joining formalities.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

3. HR Operations

  • Manage employee onboarding and documentation.
  • Maintain employee records in the HRMS.
  • Support attendance, leave management, and probation confirmation processes.
  • Assist in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality.
  • Support performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Prepare HR reports and dashboards as required.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to train and motivate employees.
  • Excellent interviewing and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR Generalist, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, or Training.
  • Experience in recruitment and employee training is mandatory.
  • Experience in the staffing/recruitment industry will be an added advantage.
