What You'll Do
HR Operations
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Act as the liaison between management and employees to resolve workplace issues
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Develop job descriptions and recruitment materials
- Source candidates via job portals, social media, and referrals
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate the hiring process
- Build a talent pipeline and maintain candidate relationships
Employee Engagement & Development
- Plan engagement programs to enhance workplace culture
- Identify training needs and coordinate workshops
- Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements
Performance, Compliance & Payroll
- Support performance review processes and KPI setting
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Prepare HR reports for management insights
- Coordinate with finance for accurate payroll processing
- Address payroll-related employee queries
What You'll Bring
Must-haves
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in HR operations or recruitment
- Strong knowledge of HR functions and employee relations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
