Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Executive role based in Gurugram. The Talent Acquisition Executive will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for various business and technical roles. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, creating job postings, and maintaining an efficient talent pipeline. The individual will support employer branding initiatives, engage candidates through multiple channels, and ensure a consistent, inclusive candidate experience. Daily activities include using recruitment tools and platforms, tracking metrics, and contributing to continuous improvement of hiring practices.
Qualifications

  • Strong recruiting and hiring skills, including experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Hands-on experience in IT recruitment, with comfort hiring for technology and digital roles.
  • Exposure to employer branding activities, including social media, events, and talent marketing initiatives.
  • Ability to source candidates using job portals, professional networks, and direct outreach methods.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments, preferably in tech, proptech, or services industries.
