Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Head Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and business stakeholders to develop business-as-usual recruitment reports, dashboards, and data models.
  • Design and maintain visually compelling dashboards to track key recruitment metrics such as time to fill, quality of hire, pipeline effectiveness, candidate experience, candidate lifecycle, and yield metrics.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of talent acquisition data along with meaningful insights to support hiring decisions.
  • Manage weekly and ad hoc reporting from the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and present recruitment analytics to the digital Talent Acquisition team.
  • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improving hiring processes and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with process owners to develop and maintain training, communication, and change management materials related to recruitment analytics and reporting tools.
  • Support the development of data-driven strategies to improve talent acquisition outcomes and overall recruitment performance.
