Partner with the Head Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and business stakeholders to develop business-as-usual recruitment reports, dashboards, and data models.
Design and maintain visually compelling dashboards to track key recruitment metrics such as time to fill, quality of hire, pipeline effectiveness, candidate experience, candidate lifecycle, and yield metrics.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of talent acquisition data along with meaningful insights to support hiring decisions.
Manage weekly and ad hoc reporting from the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and present recruitment analytics to the digital Talent Acquisition team.
Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improving hiring processes and efficiency.
Collaborate with process owners to develop and maintain training, communication, and change management materials related to recruitment analytics and reporting tools.
Support the development of data-driven strategies to improve talent acquisition outcomes and overall recruitment performance.
