Human Resource Business Partner (To R&D/Technology Team - Healthcare)

Our client is a leading European Medical Device brand expanding their presence in India. They are investing heavily within the R&D, Technology and other areas to support strong business growth. For this reason, we are looking for a dynamic HRBP who has previously worked with a global MNC, dealt with international stakeholders while being a HRBP for R&D, IT or any other associated functions.

Role will be based in Hyderabad and report directly into the Head of HR.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and business-savvy HR Business Partner to support our R&D

and IT teams while working closely with Europe-based stakeholders. The role demands strong stakeholder management, the ability to constructively challenge assumptions, and a relentless focus on delivering with speed and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders and Europe-based stakeholders to align HR strategy with business goals.
  • Act as a confident advisor - able to influence, challenge, and push back constructively when required.
  • Ensure fast and consistent execution of HR programs, policies, and initiatives without compromising quality.
  • Drive talent management, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations across geographies, ensuring alignment of global priorities with local execution.
  • Collaborate with COEs (Talent Acquisition, Rewards, HR Ops) for seamless HR delivery.
  • Lead change management interventions that enhance agility, performance, and culture.
  • Promote a high-performance, inclusive, and accountable work environment.

What We're Looking For

  • 8-12 years of progressive HR experience, with strong exposure to global stakeholder management (preferably Europe).
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and push back constructively in a global, matrix environment.
  • Track record of delivering outcomes with speed, accuracy, and impact.
  • Expertise in organizational design, talent management, and employee engagement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with cultural awareness and global mindset.
