Key Responsibilities: - Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance on HR-related issues and initiatives. - Develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and enhance employee engagement. - Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and ensuring a positive workplace environment. - Collaborate with management to identify and address workforce planning needs. - Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance. - Monitor and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and make data-driven decisions. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations within the healthcare BPO sector. Required Skills: - Proven experience as a Human Resource Business Partner or similar role. - Strong knowledge of employee engagement strategies and employee relations practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Familiarity with healthcare operations and BPO environments is a plus. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
